Ginataang Papaya with Sardines

Good for 8 persons , 60 minutes cooking time

Step 1.

In a pan, heat oil and saute ginger, onions and  garlic

Step 2.

Add Sardines

Step 3.

Add papaya, fish sauce and pepper and simmer on low heat until half-cooked.

Step 4.

Pour coconut milk and bring to boil, Add chili finger and simmer until papaya is soft.

Step 5.

Adjust seasoning according to taste. Add malunggay leaves and simmer for 1 minute.

Step 6.

Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.
