Ginataang Hito Recipe

Good for 4-6 persons , 15 minutes cooking time

Step 1

In frying pan,saute garlic.

Step 2

When garlic turns brown, add onions.

Step 3

When onions are transparent, add coconut milk and allow to boil.

Step 4

Add fish and salt, then cover the skillet.

Step 5

Simmer until coconut milk becomes greasy.
